" This Shoppers is accessible, no stairs from the street, with paid street parking. It has two levels and the second level can be accessed by steep stairs or an elevator. The employees are friendly and helpful. Most of what you needs is going to be on the second floor because what little space they have on the first floor is mostly taken up by the beauty section, with a little left over for groceries. I'm not a fan of that. I'm also not a fan of their post office staff. I selected this location as my pick up place for my flex delivery account. It took 3 wks longer to get what I ordered because they wouldn't notify me in time. Once I was called to pick up my package but the front staff didn't see it in the computer. She had to just search the back area until she found it. The time after that, after over 4wks, I received a call asking me if I planned to pick up my package. I had no prior notification and had already placed another order the week before. When I went to pick up my package, I found both packages. I will never use this post office again. "

" i had the worst experience ever. i was shopping with my son last December or so when i suddenly heard this male clerk ranting and shouting at a Canada Post mailman. all i heard was him yelling, " dont come back here you a***h***, i don't want you in my store, are you stupid," and so on. my son was shocked to hear somebody yell with so much hatred. we got home and my son started asking me why the man was yelling and using those words. i couldn't answer my son. "
