" I was passing through Newmarket and I decided to check out a couple bike shops. I noticed this shop had the most reviews, and the most highly-rated reviews; I had to check it out. Parked the vehicle, stepped out and immediately was greeted by Steve. We started talking about what I was looking for in a mountain bike and what I should look for (i.e. higher end parts). Steve knows his bikes and his parts, he showed me bikes similar to what I was looking for, showed me bikes above my price bracket, and took the time to explain why the air suspension is better than coil. Came in to browse, left with education, and got a voicemail today from Steve saying he's built a few bikes for me to come and try out. I can't wait to try them. "

Myles the owner and another associate helped us work through picking some bikes that were practical and would fit our lifestyle. Extremely knowledgeable and really friendly team. Highly recommend you visit. "

" This company deserves 10 stars!! Amazing costumer service. Great products and they make you feel like family. They got my son the bike he wanted and made sure he got it for his birthday! Even if it meant staying late and bringing it to me after hours. Special thanks to Nigel for making this happen. I am forgetful of names, but all the staff there were very friendly and helpful. " This is a great bicycle shop! I have another store at the corner of my street, but i go out of my way to get my bike serviced and any gear I need here. Their customer service is excellent, the staff is knowledgeable and they go out of their way to make you happy. I've been very happy with them in general. Highly recommended. "

" Had such a great experience at this shop! My boyfriend and I came in with repairs requires on our bikes - the difference being mine was a cheap Sport Chek bike and his was an entry level road bike. They completed the repair on my bike almost immediately and only charged me the cost of my part. As for my boyfriend, they had to order a part in for him. It was starting to look like his bike wouldn't be ready for the ride we planned this weekend. However they called us later that day to let us know that not only they had found a part that they would be able to install by Friday, but also that it was cheaper than the original quoted price! What fantastic service! We're definitely loyal customers now. "

" Great shop for bikes and scooters. We drove all the way from NY to build an apex scooter for my son's birthday. Steve is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer care. He built an awesome scooter for us!! "

" Ask to speak with Miles! He was outstanding and spent close to two hours helping my boyfriend and I pick the perfect bike for my father's 70th birthday.
Before walking into Spoke O'Motion today I had been through many..many.... many.... other bike stores. I'm not sure if this is a family run business, or is a group of best buddies building a business together.... Either way, I could tell everyone loved working there and loved bikes. It was great to feel like "part of the family". P.S: Huge selection and great prices was also a great bonus! ;) "

" Spoke o motion is an amazing bike store with great service. The staff and managers are super knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to.
This honestly must be one of the best bike stores north of Toronto , as soon as you walk in you know you are in the right place.
If you are looking to buy your first bike or an experienced road cyclist you honestly cant be in better hands. You will only ever receive the best advice for your needs and your questions will be answered simply with your interests in mind.
I started cycling just over a year ago and tried many other bikes and never had a good experience until I walked into Spoke o Motion.
I will be for sure a lifelong customer for myself and my family.

" From the first time I walked into the shop to talk to someone about bike options I felt at home at Spoke, if you are looking for opinions on new gear or a new bike and it doesn't matter what your looking to spend they are willing to help you (before I found them I have tried a few other shops and unless your willing to spend big money they want nothing to do with you)
Fast forward to a this week when I damaged a rear wheel I didn't hesitate to bring it into the shop where they took all the right steps and in a very timely manner had the wheel coved by Manufacturers warranty. You don't get service like that everywhere.

" I recently visited Spoke O'Motion to get a new bike as I am in dire need of some good exercise. I was greeted by a kind young man who looked strangely similar to Tom Morello (In his younger days) It was clear by the way he presented himself that he was well kept and exuded charisma.
He proceeded to show me a variety of bicycles he believe would accommodate my lifestyle and my budget, he stressed on a few imperative items I would need, and a few I could hold off on so that I could manage my budget. Being totally out of my comfort zone this alone made the experience much more pleasant.
At the end of the day, I walked out of the shop with a new bike I was proud of and could afford, and a comfortable relationship with the staff who I would gladly revisit. 10/10. "
