" Paid over $2 more for a drink here compared to a Starbucks just outside of Niagara falls. Service wasn't terrible so I'll give them 2 stars. "

" Never leave a negative review but was absolutely shocked and appauled at the terrible customer service. Melissa needs to find a new job because speaking to another human like dirt for a simple mistake on her part is completely unprofessional and out of order. Ruined our first few moments of stepping out in Niagara Falls. "

" Terribly overpriced like the majority of stuff in Niagara Falls. 23$ for 3 drinks. Way more expensive than what it is in other areas. There were wasps everywhere and on the syrup dispensers. I even watched two go up INSIDE the spout and crawled all over the equipment. Fruit flies are all over the food in the display case. Yum. The service speed is the slowest I’ve ever seen. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a sad excuse of a cafe. This is by far the most disgusting cafe I’ve ever seen. "

" This starbucks is overpriced because it is linked to the hotels and they add on some extra "services" to fleece you. with two coffee's a bagel and probably a sandwich expect to pay almost $30 for this! usually this is only $15 at any other regular starbucks outside of this hotel zone. DO NOT GO HERE if you want a coffee, there are plenty of others in the area. This starbucks is no different and the other one down the street without the jacked up prices. "
