The worst meal I've had in years and I had to pay for it. Heartland Swiss Chalet has to be one of the worst locations. Not only because of tonight... I've had many similar situations at this location. "

Why you may ask? Well, while packaging their food, they forget certain things that customers specifically request for such as cutlery (who needs utensils when you can eat with your hand, am I right?), butter for the bread (yes, we all love to eat plain bread by itself), and chocolate topping for the cheesecake (claims they totally delivered this and unless it was invisible, I've never seen it in my life). Also, the gravy that was sent in the bag spilled all over; shows the love and care in their packaging! Upon voicing this concern, manager denies their mistake and refuse to re-deliver or refund. Great place to eat with 0 customer service. "

" Worst experience at a restaurant. After Swiss Chalet made many mistakes the manager was extremely rude and told me that the cold food we received was my fault because I changed my order before the food came. I have never felt more disrespected and I was incredibly shocked when they spoke to me like they did. I would not recommend this place to anyone. "

1. Hair in pasta
2. Undercooked chicken
3. Still made me pay for pop the $3 pop got a $2 too because they didn't have correct change. I should have gotten back $1.95. I would have left the change and still well above the 20 percent.
4. Hair in the sink of the bathroom. "

" When I ordered two kids tenders with fries and only receive one order and try to charge me for another one is absolutely ridiculous. Blaming the customer for not telling you when everyone else around agreed with me because they heard me is ubsured. I don't understand how you can hire such ignorant people that can't take the responsibility themselves. Mabey having the Harvey's people take your take out orders is the bad decision as well. As someone that works in the restaurant industry, I would lose my job if I did what she did. If you make a mistake just say so. Will be going to another location next time. Do not go here. "
