" Very horrible attitude and management. Order Uber eat from them and they missed one of the order that come with the combo. I called and they said they don’t care, call Uber and ask them to deal with it. And at the end they refund 1.99$ side for the side.which mean I pay for $20 for a quarter chicken. Extreme pissed, highly recommend not to go there or even order take out. "

" Rating it lower as used the Swiss Chalet app to place the order and pay for pick up. But when I got to the store they didn't see that I paid by app and asked for my payment. Checked my bank account and see that I am charged twice. They called their office who advised them what to do. They reversed one payment but the rating is for the store not seeing the paid status. So needs improvement. Food on the other hand was good. "

" Food was decent for the price. Had the quarter chicken dinner with garlic shrimp and rice. Only thing lacklustre was the shrimp but expectations were not too high going in. Service was decent although it took awhile before someone decided to help seat us. Pecan pie warmed up for dessert was good. "

" Saturday night around 7:45 restaurant was dead; still had to wait 10 minutes to sit. Got seated by window - ants were crawling along the table and ledge. Couldn't leave fast enough. Server hadn't shown up yet anyway. GROSS! "

" Normally I get takeout here and it's done quickly and efficiently. I had a sit down meal here on fathers day and the service was extremely slow. Also the order was missing some buns and we got fries instead of veggies. I'd imagine on a normal day sitting down would be fine as it's usually pretty quiet inside. "
