" Most unhelpful bank I have ever dealt with. Tellers have no power to do much of anything. Anything has to be done through an "advisor" who then tries to upsell you. These advisors are never available so you have to come back for an appointment 2 weeks in the future, and then all they do is gather information that the teller could have and send it to Toronto.No one ever gets back to you on inquiries. Glad this is not my bank (I deal with a credit union) but still... trying to settle my mom's estate has been a huge pain with them. "
