" We almost did not stay here because the website is so out of date, but are glad we decided to give it a try.
The rooms are beautiful and when we had a problem with one room due to heavy perfume use of a previous guest they changed rooms for us immediately. The staff were friendly and it is a great location with a nice cafe next door and lots of places to eat nearby. If we ever have to stay in Brantford again, this is where we will go! "
