" I have been consistently disappointed in the service provided by this location. While constantly overrun by staff that breaths down your neck, the employees are far too consumed with trying to up sell than helping to make sure that you receive a quality product that is going to serve to solve your problem. My partner tried to gift me a new Instax camera for our anniversary which turned out to be broken. Upon returning it to the store, they offered to bring one in from another store to replace it and they would call when it arrived. Not only did they not call, it took me pestering and several different people to figure out what I was talking about because no record of the replacement arrangement had been left. When I finally got my hands on the replacement, it too was broken. They made no effort to so much as offer me a different but similar item as an option. Today when we went in to replace the cord to my partner's phone, the staff member was so obsessed with trying to upsell us to a tablet that we kept insisting we didn't want that he gave him the wrong cord. Upon arriving home, we also discovered that he had not even given us a receipt to return the item. When I called the store to sort the matter out I was confronted with a rude and inattentive sales person who didn't care at all and sounded like I was wasting his time. As someone who has worked in customer service for nearly a decade, I can plainly say that I have absolutely no interest in spending my time and money in a store that does not care about its customers but merely about the bottom line. For the record, this is not the only time I have run into this issue in a Source store throughout the years but this location is by far the worst I have ever been too. "
