" Ordered online, no response from restaurant so had to call in. Went to pick up my order, stood in front of the lady at the cash for a few mins before she said "oh, hi". Should have been a "hi there. ill be right with you". Picked up my order, was missing my drink. Wings we OK. They weren't tossed in sauce, the sauce was just pour on them a bit. Onion rings were really good. My side of ranch was not very full at all. Not sure why it doesn't come with a side with the wings - I had to pay for my 1 ranch. Sauce on the wings tasted exactly like diana's sauce. I would have gone to the grocery store. This was my first time here, and I'm disappointed I wasted a cheat meal on here. Won't be back. "

" Made the drive out on a Wednesday night as the hours said they’re open until 11pm. I get there at 9:38 and waited a bit until the employee noticed me. She comes out and says “oh sorry we’re closed. We close at 10. But if it’s a small order I can make it for you.” I said don’t bother, and left. If you close at 9:40 then change your hours. The “open” sign was still on too. We went next door to pizza nova instead and saw the employee leave on her bike at 9:58. Change your hours or have your staff actually stay open until the correct closing time. Needless to say, was very disappointed. "

" I order from here on a regular basis and for the most part the food is ok but sometimes my order gets slightly messed up or I get the wrong order completely. Friday night I placed an order an hour before close online and there was no response so I placed a call but was STILL unsuccessful, I then called another 15 minutes later and no response again. I don't know if the hours posted were incorrect but in that case it should be corrected in order to avoid any confusion. "

" Wings are amazing, customer service could improve. Ordered deliver and got my order wrong, took them over an hour to fix it but they did eventually. The lady at the store was very nice and went above and beyond to fix the mistake. Delivery driver was lazy and complained about delivering to my door ( I live in a building). "

" WORST and most useless customer service I've ever had. I ordered for delivery (first, the driver complained that he had to buzz in as i live in a building AND he didn't have any change so I over-tipped him almost $10) then i found out they got my order wrong. I called to let them know and they said they'd send the driver back... half an hour later I called again and the clueless person on the phone told me that they haven't even asked the driver to come back. It's now over an hour past, 2 phone calls later and still waiting... BEWARE WORST SERVICE EVER!! "

" The food is great once you get what you actually ordered. As for the lady at the front desk answering the calls - she just lost a customer i called to explain they had first forgotten one item and then when i checked my wing order they had not given me what i had ordered when i called back she would not let me speak she asked me what i wanted her to do and if i was going to return the wings to her. first of all this was a delivery, second of all this was their mess up she continued to argue and not let me speak that i did not order what i ordered and was very very rude. anyway i explained she was not letting me speak and she had lost a customer. when driver came i showed him what i ordered and he could let her know. she proceeded to call me back and explain that it was the persons fault who took my order and they are too busy and again woudl not let me speak i eventually got a word in to explain i ordered on line and that if she had just said i am sorry i am very busy could she check my order and call me back it would all be good but no she did not care she just told me i was wrong and tried to blame her guy who took the order and she was too busy to check. if you can not handle being busy you are working at the wrong business. Too bad i will not be back due to their service "

" We ordered poutine and wings; there were probably 10 wedges in our entire order with a side of gravy and cheddar cheese from the image online we were expecting cheese curds and no cheddar cheese. Wings were a bit grisly. Order was delivered and nothing was hot, mostly cold with some warm bits. "
