" Wow, so apparently bacon is a super hard word to understand. Customer service is a close second to things this Tim Horton's doesn't get... They screwed up my order, (sausage muffins instead of bacon biscuits) seem to have no remorse for it, can't make me a new one because they're not like ANY OTHER RESTAURANT and make sure they run out inconveniently rather than stay stocked till lunch switch over... I have to get a cash refund and will need to put it back on my Visa later and I have a cold tea; why so I have a cold tea? Because it was made correctly and they're not going to make me a new one just because they F'ed up my order and made me drive home then back then home again!
Awful service. Go to McDonald's or... literally anywhere else for better service. "

" Had a very unfortunate visit at this location today. This took place in the drive-through. The person who was dealing with us was using very hurried and rude tone inflections - both with us and with the other staff. Upon bringing this up to her I was met with more attitude. I'm not sure what she said after that as she was very visibly irritated and it was hard to hear her through the window. I should mention that we come to this location quite frequently. She was raising her voice at us through the window, trying to justify her behaviour - using horrible tone inflections and conducting herself extremely unprofessionally all the while. I was truly shocked. I asked for the manager and she smirked at me as she told me that She was the manager. She remained condescending throughout the entire exchange. When I responded she smirked and rolled her eyes at the other employees while saying "I can't even hear what she's saying". Extremely poor behaviour from a manager. She offered no apology. "
