Ted Wojas, B.A., AACI, P.App is president of Wojas Appraisal Group Inc., and has over 28 years of direct real estate appraisal experience, involving a variety of property types with a specialty in commercial appraisals. Ted holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Planning, a Mortgage Financing Diploma from the University of British Columbia, and was awarded the Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) P.App designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 1982. Along with these degrees, Ted has taken extensive seminars and courses from both the United States and Canada dealing with a variety of real estate related topics. Ted’s extensive knowledge, understanding and wide skills enable him to facilitate all your real estate analytical requirements.
