" Bought a birthday cake today and asked for some words to be written on it....waited for FORTY minutes only to be told that the baker is busy with other orders and still hadnt done the writing...had to walk out with a cake with just a tiny ready made chocolate plate that read bon anniversaire....not even a word of apology from the staff for making me wait uselessly for so long....so disappointed with the service. "
