" Terrible hotel with terrible service. Our room had no towels, tiny bugs on the bed and brown water coming out of the shower. Worst hotel I have stayed in by far. There are waaaay better options in Cartagena. "

" La ubicación excelente... Pero las instalaciones muy malas. Es un edificio anticuado y el administrador o el dueño deberían de invertir dinero y modernizarlo. Las habitaciones pésimas, el baño no tiene privacidad. Lo bueno es que su ubicación es perfecta y casi no permanecimos en el hotel. Por lo menos tienen buenos colchones porque la cama y las mesas de noche parecían los de un reformatorio. "

" This place *could* be good but it just kept missing the mark. The food was ok, but canteen quality, the pool was nice but there was never anyone attending the bar, the room was ok but nothing special (although they are renovating - so they could improve) and the staff ranged from super helpful to totally indifferent. The location is good for the beach but it's a bit of a trek to the old city (15 - 20 mins on foot) - of course taxis are cheap. "
