" The best included breakfast I've ever tried in a hotel. 5-stars for the chefs of the restaurant who should wake so early to have ready such an amazing colombian food. Soups are delicious. 5-stars for being next to Chipichape mall. Awesome view from the hotel. The only thing that could be improved is the quality of the toilet paper. "

" Great city hotel in the north of Cali. The staff is excellent. Food is great. There is an spa with incredible and affordable options. The hotel is on top of one of the biggest mall in Cali. You can find there anything you want. 24/7 room service always trying to help. I really recommend this hotel. "

" Pretty set up. Nice views of Cali. Good food. However maid failed to clean our room for 2 days (we were back by 4pm so she had time) a window shade was broken, and could not stopper up the Jacuzzi tub because the stopper was missing a piece. They need to quality control the hotel better. "

To believe is a 4 star. Checked into my
Room and no towels. Checkin/check out extremely slow, asked to talk to a manager and never showed up. I stay here often and they have kind of regards for their loyal customers. "
