Fear not, we are still a testosterone filled , extreme sport, beat your chest, fly like an eagle, surf like a lion, if a lion could surf, KITE and WIND surf school. We kite and windsurf foil for fun, drink beer, look cool and ride waves as it is were another day on a roller coaster. We have not all gained control of our mind, just Sheena. While the boys ran the kite school and had some super friendly groups, I flew off to India to advance my yoga training for 5 weeks! Spefandikular it was. The cows, people, honking horns, holly river, mountains, scooters etc. Loved it! I learnt to breathe better! who would have thought most of the world is doing it incompletely, meditate and use yoga for therapy and so much more. So much more to offer next year in yoga and a kite/wind surf team I have wished for, for the last 12 years.

This is me by the end of the season! Which is about now. Thank the universe i am off to India to become one with sanity, or with all that bouncing my head would have fallen off. Though being honest that is me from October until the end of may.
