" I cannot praise this restaurant enough. Being in Larnaca for a two day meeting at a nearby hotel with several other delegates from all parts of Europe, Vlachos Tavern was one of two venues we were to have group dinners.
The food was AMAZING! There was so much of it, various meats and sauces just kept on coming just like the wine. Just when you thought you had cleared the plate, there was a waiter/ess standing close by with yet another plate full of food. The service was excellent as were the facilities. It certainly was great value for money too.
Vlachos meat meze menu rode high above any of our other dining out experiences. I would strongly suggest you make this as one of your ports of call when you are in there area. I for one WILL definitely go back when I'm next in Larnaca.
You're probably wondering why I only gave 4 and nor 5 stars if it was that good? Well, there is always room for improvement, no matter where of how good you are!
