The Company was initially incorporated on 20th of December 2019 in Cyprus as a private limited liability company under the provisions of the Cyprus Companies Law, Cap. 113, with registration number HE 405498. On 20th of January 2022 the Company was converted into a public limited company under the name METTMANN PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED to satisfy the CSE's requirement for admission. Being one of the ventures of its Major Shareholder, a native of Montenegro, and the initial shareholder of the Company, the Company has since incorporation established good business relationships with several High-Net-Worth Individuals as well as industrial groups and professionals in Real Estate development industry in Montenegro, Cyprus and Spain. The Company is headquartered in Limassol and employs 9 persons in their premises including international finance and law professionals.The Company is operating as a Real Estate Private Equity firm. As such the Company acquires financial instruments on Real Estate market by raising capital from investors mainly through issue of the Bonds and using of its own capital.Abovementioned financial instruments include loan rights, equity rights and direct investments as follows: • Acquire and develop Real Estate properties including direct purchase of land in Cyprus, Montenegro and Spain; • Operate Real Estate properties by completing of ready real estate complexes on the land and selling them to realize a return; • Purchase debts at discount of companies dealing with Real Estate development investments and finalize the projects, turn them to profitability and exit with a healthy margin; • Purchase of equity rights in companies possessing real estate projects and provide them with administrative, corporate and financial control to finish project and have healthy return.
