" I first went to see Dr. Frank over the summer due to some back pain. I had never seen a chiropractor before and was somewhat apprehensive. From the moment I walked in the door, Dr. Frank and Dr. Monica have always been very friendly and helpful. Dr. Frank has helped me with my back pain as well as neck and shoulder pain. He also recently fitted me for custom orthotic insoles that have also been helping with my pain. " I have always struggled with diets and weight loss issues since I was a teen, I ve managed to drop weight only to gain it all back eventually.I also have suffered from stomach pain and discomfort for years specially after having my gald bladder surgery at 18. I found Dr. Monica on an add and also searching for an alternative to loosing weight and to maintain it off. I am on my 5th week since I started this journey and I can say that I have not felt this well in over a decade, I am 33. I have not had any stomach issues since I started her weight loss program and I couldn t be happier with the results, I dropped 15 lbs in the first 25 days so far. " I found Dr. Monica last October when I was so depressed about my weight. I had gastric bypass surgery in 2004 and lost over 100lbs. But over the years the weight starting coming back and I was so worried I was going to end up obese again. So, when I found Dr. Monica she gave me a new beginning. Since October I've lost 50lbs and just need to lose another 20 to reach my goal. You have to be ready to do this otherwise it won't work. If you are ready, this is the best decision you'll ever make. " I am so glad I found Elixir Wellness Centre. Dr. Monica & Dr. Frank truely care about their patients' progress as well as their overall well being. I have been struggling to lose weight despite the fact that I have worked out consistently and had a pretty decent diet for over a year. Typically losing only 5-8lbs for me was a real challenge. Through Dr. Monica's program so far I have lost 16lbs since I began coming to her only a month and a half ago; all the while cutting down significantly on my time spent in the gym. Her methods have left me confident that I am on my way to reaching my goal weight. I am often asked by friends if its hard to stick to her program and my answer is Absolutely NOT! I don't feel like I am "TRYING" to lose & I am never ever hungry or have low energy levels.
