Great food, with pasta being served deep into the late hours of the night, daily special menus, impressive selection of beers both bottled and on tap, great musical lineup, what else can you ask for? The decor is punk, rock'n'roll and anything goes, same holds for the canned music, the frequent concerts cater to a wider audience, although there's always a punk rock show coming up really soon.
If you're even a tiny bit interested in the alternative scene or counterculture, come here, have some yummy inexpensive food and meet Freiburgs most colorful crowd of guests. "

" I was in Freiburg in the beginning of summer 2013, and we spent many times in the outdoor spot of Cafe Atlantik. I remember they had a 5 Euro pasta (came with a very big portion). It has been quite popular (or very?) for Freiburger (esp the students) due to its affordability and big portion. "
