" Overall hotel is nice with great location but lacks luxury hotel amenities. Private beach is very small with only a few sun chairs.
Service from front hotel staff is absolutely cold and shows no signs of guest appreciation or friendlyness. We had a dinner and booked also massages and facial treatments - in essence spent quite some money there. Nevertheless no thank you and a short "tschüss" when we left.
Dinner (a bit oily and salty though) was ok but 3 things were forgotten and we had to ask many times for it.

" My wife and I were visiting friends that live locally, so we decided to have lunch here.
It was a beautiful sunny day so we sat outside, with great views of the lake.
Service was fast and we were able to get menu in English.
The food was delivered to table quite fast. The waitress was polite.
We all enjoyed our food. We came here as it is a favourite of our friends. We were all satisfied and the location is great. "

" I eat here every year during OutDoor Germany in July and it is my favorite restaurant in the Freidrichshafen area. I love going down to the water for a cocktail before dinner and the ambiance in the restaurant is fantastic. Food and service is impeccable. "
