" This is the best hospital I've ever been to. My youngest son was born here July 21, 1991. I was a little shocked at first then they went to do the ultrasound and it was a vaginal ultrasound since it was a new technology to me. They don't have all the covers/blankets like we have in America. The Germans are not all hung up on body image like we are in America. I got used to it pretty quickly. I loved the experience in the hospital. I gave birth in the room where I went for medical appointments. They opened the window and brought in fresh air. By 6:30pm, my baby son was born. They have trees all over the place, with nice benches. A park type atmosphere. "

" For Maternity I would give a 5 stars- I had my Baby there, I had all the staff was very friendly. The facilities are clean and the food is good. The Dr. Did a wonderful job on my c-section I didn't get an ugly scar, barely noticeable.
For Pediatric ER - I would give them a 2 Stars. The Dr's were very unprofessional and unpleasant. My baby broke his collar bone and nobody would believe me, they even overnight him over there and discharged saying there was nothing wrong with him, when I refused to sign the paperwork and requested x-rays the X-ray technician was very rude and hurt my child several times arguing that he wasn't cooperating with her. And when they finally got the results they just said Thank you for insisting, you were right... Seriously, you're a Doctor and I'm just a first time mom and I'm telling you what's wrong with my 1 1/2 years old?! And for that reason I cannot give them a 5 stars, 1 Dr isn't worth the whole Hospital Reputation. "

" My daughter spent 79 days in the Kinder Intensiv, after being born at 24weeks 6days. I absolutely loved where she was, the nurses there were kind and nurturing to our tiny little girl. Without them, she wouldn't be here today! I cannot say enough amazing things about this Klinikum! :) "

" oh wow. i just have to say the staff and everyone here is very nice and friendly. they make you feel as well as they can. the only down fall for me is the factor of food. our hospitals in the US are 100% different.
i was in for a total of 3days. and it was very nice. yet:
there is no way to split the room in half. meaning that you share a room with
someone and there is no sheet or anything to block the other person from you.
you have to first have a card from down stairs that you have to place a 5 euro deposit on, to watch tv or listen to radio. everything else charges. (which is kind of normal)
the real part that bothered me was that.... you get 2 cold meals (breakfast and dinner) and one hot meal (lunch). and yes the cold meal means only 2 piece of bread, cheese and if lucky a piece of deli meat. oh and breakfast you get coffee or tea.
so i would just warn, if you are use to the US hospitals, try to have someone who will bring you food to eat. other then that. it was a pretty nice stay. "
