Rubble embraces learners from ages one to one hundred. Most of our services are free to members and our site content can be used by anyone.

Our website features two primary ‘Domains’-:
Financial Success and the Student Exchange (Career) domains.We provide services that are requested by our registered members. For example, the first members of the RSI identified the need to have access to internationally recognized, practical and affordable Education, Training, Testing and Certification that would enable all members to become active and successful in the ‘Rubble Success Domains’. As a result, our first affiliation with “Expert Rating” was formed. We have proceeded along a similar path in our goal to ensure that our members are provided with a simple, user friendly, interactive and efficient on-line platform on which to maximize the use of services and benefits offered to you. All the services on the Student Exchange are free to members only as well as 80% of that which are offered as 'Financial Success' education.

Part of the mission of the exchange is to bridge the gap between tertiary level persons and working professionals, as well as providing students with knowledge and information that they may not be exposed to in the tertiary level program.
