" Firstly iam sorry but there is a wonderful salesgirl with a slight hunch and softspoken, except for her the rest of the staff are rude and arrogant in the womens section. Been here for so many years but never found it clean and in order, always messy. Staff are always calling out to thier colleagues over the microphone. Its like water water everywhere and no drop to drink. The staff will never help you. Each of them should spend some time to learn the art of sales at the ZARA store in Erlangen which has a younger and lesser staff but are very efficient and orderly. Alas! Have to go here as i live here and there is only 1 store around. "

" Wie auf einem Basar.. Man hat Schwierigkeiten wirklich etwas zu finden weil alles durcheinander auf den Tischen rumliegt. Es laufen zwar mehrere Mitarbeiter rum jedoch wird nicht wirklich aufgeräumt. Shoppen macht so kein Spaß "
