" The house is on the corner property to the thoroughfare. However, if you are sensitive to noise, you should keep the windows closed during the summer holidays. From around 5 p.m. you can have a foretaste of the culinary arts of the neighboring restaurant outside in the garden. If the wind is good, you can also guess what is being prepared, mainly garlic-heavy dishes. We noticed the following negatively:
Children's chairs are chargeable.
The house has a certain renovation backlog.
The umbrella is a disaster.
There are no cleaning supplies in the house.
A bed was not made upon arrival.
The stairs to the upper floor have no side fall protection, life-threatening for small children. Likewise, the railing in the hallway upstairs to the stairwell certainly doesn't withstand a fall, as loose as it was, .....are rather points that interest the building supervision ....in my opinion, renting the first floor here is borderline.
In the bathroom, after a few days, the drains began to smell, which we did not pursue. After the trip, about 5 days later, we were accused of having taken the “odor trap” from the shower, quote: “The shower trap is missing, the house smelled very unpleasant as a result. Spare parts and working time” €88.55 should be debited from our credit card.
LOL sure, we also collect odor traps (don't even know what that looks like) from our vacation stays. UNBELIEVABLE
Have lodged an objection with the property management and with FeWo Direkt (Vrbo Customer Support) and are waiting for feedback. "
