" Rooms and everything here is old and run down. The entrance smells of cat pee. Everything feels dirty, you feel as if you don't want to touch anything. Dripping pipes and noise coming from within the walls makes it impossible to get a good night's sleep. TV almost always looses signal and there are terrible selections available. "
