PROVIDING QUALITY SERVICES SINCE 2008, Hotel The Champs is a small comfortable hotel, situated on the hillside in the Picard, Portsmouth area, overlooking the Caribbean sea. Our staff offers an attentive and personalised service and are happy to give any help to our guests.The hotel is arranged on three floors, with central steps giving access to the facilities. Our rooms are situated on the middle and the lowest floor, with Breakfast Area and Restaurant on the top floor and our pool your can find at garden level on the lowest floor.Dominica is the Nature Island of the Caribbean. You will not find the crowded white sandy beaches but imagine yourself under one of our many waterfalls or taking a refreshing river-bath in one of the 355 rivers. Challenge yourself to hike to the second large boiling lake of the world! Dominica is the place for Diving, whale watching or even swimming with the whales. Turtles come to our shores in the South-East to lay their eggs. If you love birds / parrots we can organise a tour with Dr. Birdy. We offer horseback-riding (in the rainforest or in the sea) and although our beaches are not white we do have some nice grey and even black sandy beaches with palm trees and not many people.
