I commented too soon; it is now raining and the weather channels both say rain. As there is no roof yet I will cancel class Wednesday October 12 - see you next week. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Rainbow Yoga Sessions promote mindfulness throughout the class. We start by taking the mind into the body; through mindful movement we promote functional fitness; then we top it off like a dessert with at least 3 Mindfulness Meditation Techniques recommended by Mayo Clinic. At Mero Beach we have the added benefit of immersion in nature with the Caribbean Sea gently rolling onto the beach and the sun setting! Oh joy! See you WEDNESDAYS 5 pm to 6:30 pm. DONATION BASED CLASS! Suggested Donation $25 EC per single class; Frequent Yogis Discount: $20 EC but we accept any donation no questions asked! We also take barter! WE WANT ALL INCOME LEVELS TO BE ABLE TO DO YOGA! Mats and straps provided. Like this page to get the latest updates and schedule changes at Mero.
