" After spending 4 nights in the paradise of Eden Rock at Cap Cana, we cannot wait to return! The hotel is exclusive and perfect for a romantic or family get away. Friendliest and well trained staff we have ever met in a Dominican Republic hotel. The beach and main pool are lovely. Our luxury villa with a private pool was beautifully maintained and the bathroom and outdoor shower amazing. Great food in a variety of restaurants. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend Eden Roc for other couples and families. Thank you Eden Roc at Cap Cana for this special experience! Best wishes from Russia! "

" Disappointed, so disappointed, I waited for this vacations for 6 months, I spent so much money on it, I had expectations of having a great time and it was just a nightmare. Since the moment I placed a foot in this hotel until I left, it was just a freaking nightmare. The butlers, the managers, the workers, everyone here seems not wanting to work and swear I feel they just insult you in your back just because they can't do it in front of you, but they do it but giving you a terrible service. Just the worst vacations I've ever had. I would never come back to this place again and for sure I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. "
