" Beautiful grounds, pools, and beach, but all-inclusive means weak drinks, limited choices, and average food. Our room had a damp, musty odor. On one excursion, the promised snorkeling was at a spot so crowded that the water was cloudy and we didn't see a single fish. The Saiona Island tour was beautiful, though. Very friendly, helpful staff. Nightly live shows with hard-working entertainment team, but not Las Vegas or cruise ship quality. Mixed clientele, some older, some younger, no kids except for some noisy spring breakers. Overall, a good time and a decent value, with some pluses and minuses. "
