" This is a beautiful basilica with a swooping post-modern design. It was well worth it to hire one of the church's tour guides, who was full of knowledge about the building and its importance to the country and even wanted to assist with the perfect photos. The palm groves on the site are really nice as well. Worth a trip into Higüey to see! "
