" For the price, this hotel has an unbelievable view of the water, as well as decent rooms. The room I received was clean, but extremely dated. The mattresses were extremely hard in all the rooms I visited, although I had no issue sleeping. The breakfast option was somewhat lackluster as well. The wifi barely worked on the first floor and I am told that it does not at all on higher floors, so keep in mind you may need to use cellular data. I would recommend Claro, although Orange is good in Sosua as well. With this hotel, you are really paying for the view and proximity to the amazing local beaches and community. "

" Dirty floors. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion were all in refilled conditioner bottles. You couldn't tell what was shampoo if you actually tried using them. One of our rooms was joined to another and only the other side had control of the lock. We could not lock the neighbors from coming in? Beds are horrible. Dirty light switches. Lots of hair found on bathroom floors and shower. This place needs a makeover. "

" Extremely run down but beautiful view. No wifi in third floor rooms, our room didn't have hot water until the morning after we had checked in. The furniture was falling apart and making the floor dusty because the wood lice (not certain on what KIND of bugs were eating the cane furniture, but the furniture was definitely old and buggy). Beds were tiny and hard.
Breakfast was cheap processed meats and cheeses, the cereal was standard, bread stale, and cooked items were overly salty and -again cheap sausages and bacon.
The restaurant served better food in the evening but it was over priced compared to the restaurants around it.
Staff were lovely but had to handle a lot of issues, such as towels running out, broken appliances, no wifi etc, so they were often busy and stressed. "

" During my 12-day stay at this hotel, one night, in the middle of the night while I was asleep, the ceiling in the bathroom caved in. I had to be relocated two times to other rooms of which neither was to the same standard. Additionally, I lost all of my toiletries due to the damage from the ceiling caving in. The management made absolutely no effort to help with the replacement of same. The customer service was utterly non-existent. I was not compensated for any of my damaged items, they wouldn't even offer me a free drink or meal as compensation for same. "
