" Worst experience ever. First of all, this is not even the name of the place. There's a big sign outside the hotel that says "Exxtraordinary Resorts" and all of the staff were wearing shirts with the same thing. *Nothing* is branded "Souza Bay Resorts". Then, after spending over an hour trying to find the place, I spent Over an hour to check in. The lady at the desk flirting with the men checking in at the front, which is delaying the process even more.... She then asked me how I was doing, I said "annoyed at having to wait over an hour, and not even getting recognition at the door", she just smirked and kept working... Ignored again. Sat there in awkward silence. It's funny too because they had been asking everyone for security deposits for incidental charges, and for me... Nothing.
Rooms - not something I'd pay for ever again. Below the bare basics. Not even hot water.
I don't even want to go to the restaurants here. Not looking forward to it. Terrible service and I do not recommend anyone come here. Do not waste your time. *TRUST ME*. "

" The pizza was hard. 😂 but the atmosphere was nice! Great pools and beach is close by and nice. Went down the back path into the neighborhood omg bad idea I thought I was going to get kidnapped. Smart move was not talking to anyone so they knew I spoke english. I must say I blend well being black😊 the staff was great and very welcoming. "

" I actually stayed here with a buddy back in March. we got hustled by TONY who acted as if he was giving us a deal and also wanted a 50.00 tip. We were stupid enough to do it!!! Never again. If you are single this place is a dump and you are hidden away from the guests with family like a disease. They tried to suck more money out of me at checkout and I refused to pay. They are leeches at this hotel and the rooms for the price are horrible. For $20 more a night and a few friends you can rent a Villa with your own private pool, BBQ Grill, full kitchen, living room, internet, etc. The best thing is you do not have to live like a slave during your vacation and wear their stupid wrist bands. "
