Tuvimos un inconveniente con nuestro vehículo y los propios dueños nos brindaron su ayuda.
Sin duda, nos sentimos como en casa. "

" Very bad experience. To start from the worst we got our iPod and some antibiotics stolen from our room. I guess was the staff.
Service was quite bad overall. The receptionist that assisted us was never accommodating, not speaking english and she always had a very bad attitude.
We had a leak from the shower light that never got fixed and we had to shower in our friend room for the 3 days that we stayed there.
They advertise a restaurant and bar but when we asked they were never available. To have a coffee or a bite to eat we had to go out. They didn't even have a napkin when we asked.
It is advertised as a 4 star hotel, not sure how they got that.
Big Scam, don't book here!! "

" The hotel is ok, is quiet and chick friendly staff. We brought our daughter (a toddler) there were no problem with staff. Room where clean.
The only problem is the access there is not good signaling on the road to the hotel and maps took us in a pointless trip around hotel. Also, since there seems the naming change occurred recently, it was confusing because there were tenants of the previous name.
There is no beach front here and the town center is not at walking distance. "
