VILLA SAN LUCAS is a recent 350m² villa, built in a Spanish colonial style on a private 1.500m² tropical property.
Nicely cooled by a natural air circulation, it has 5 air conditioned double bedrooms, with 4 bathrooms and 4 restrooms. Two of the bedrooms (one queen-size bed and two twin beds) are in a bungalow, apart from the main house, and share bathroom and restroom. In the villa, a roomy living-room with a kitchen and a large covered terrace opens on a luxuriant garden an...d the swimming pool.
The villa is nested in a very calm and protected environment amidst a flowery and exuberant nature. The most beautiful beach of Las Terrenas, "Playa las Ballenas", is only 150m away.
