Players are trained by the Guerrero family in facilities in Don Gregorio. Held to a strict schedule these 20 young players train various times throughout the day. Beginning with practice in the cage at 6:30 am daily; players work on conditioning, fielding, strength training, and various forms of batting practice. At 2:00 the players report to 1 of 2 fields in Don Gregorio for an extended practice consisting of fielding, batting practice, and conditioning. After the second practice is over the players report to the gym in Don Gregorio for weight training. Mix this schedule in with games, time for family, church, and education these players live very busy and fulfilling lives.

The Guerrero Family is the definition of a baseball family. The family baseball tree starts with the four brothers. Eleazar was the first of the four Guerrero brothers to sign a Major League contract, signing with the Dodgers. He spent two years playing in the Dominican Summer League. Next to sign was Wilton Guerrero who spent parts of 7 years playing in the Majors for the Dodgers, Expos, Cardinals, Royals, and Reds. Third to sign was Vladimir Guerrero, for a whopping 2,500 dollars, and we all know how successful of a career he had. Julio was the forth of the brothers to sign, as he spent 3 years playing in the Red Sox farm system. The next generation is now upon us, and that includes Gabby Guerrero (Son of Eleazar and prized Seattle Mariners prospect), Vladimir Guerrero Jr. (Eligible 2015), and Gregory Guerrero (Eligible 2015).

The small area where the Guerrero family resides is about an hour southwest of Santo Domingo, and draws in prospects from all across the country, however most are from Don Gregorio, Nizao, and Juan Baron. These three small towns are all within about a 10 minute radius and have very low populations but produce tons of Major League talent including Vladimir Guerrero, Wilton Guerrero, Neftali Feliz, Michael Pineda, Ivan Nova, Santiago Casilla, Juan Uribe, Francisco Liriano, Ketel Marte, and more.
