" I hired a car for 3 days with no added extras for £39.04 great price I thought , when I arrived I was offered an upgrade for an extra £5-00 a day which I thought was reasonable to have, when offered upgrades to the offer( Insurance etc) I declined, only to find on my return I have been charged £157.00 for the 3 days which included all the extras I declined. SO BE AWARE OF BEING DUPED WITH UPGRADES. VERY POOR SHOW BY HERTZ ! "
