Setting is stunning, the property itself packed with character, a lot retained from its watermill past, but a lot more added through tastefully restrained renovation. " We had our Sons wedding at Molino Del Santo. The Hotel is amazing, the location is perfect with stunning views. The owners and staff are brilliant, nothing is to much trouble and the food is excellent. They made the whole wedding experience totally enjoyable. There was a party of 56 of us at the wedding and everyone commented on the beauty of the place. It is an Idyllic setting for a wedding. " The hotel was a gem! We stayed for one night and had a chance to do some hiking in the area. The restaurant was quite good with a wide selection of dishes for all tastes. The room we stayed in had a wonderful patio area that overlooked the pool and the mountain scenery. Would definitely stay again! "
