" The Parador in Cuenca is placed in a magical setting over looking the hanging houses of Cuenca. Not only was it perfectly placed for exploring the old town there also many spectacular walks through the gorge along the river. Our stay here was absolutely magical despite the bad winter weather. As always the food, the service and the people at the Parador was nothing less than outstanding. "
