" I have ordered flowers from USA for our friends in Madrid area and Hortensia Arte Floral went beyond and above with their customer service to meet and exceed our expectations.
Maria took our order and made every effort to make it perfect. Our order had been delivered
with lightning speed and everything has been taken care of for us.
I highly recommend this Florist for ANYONE who needs send flowers to Spain, Madrid area
but perhaps they can help you with other deliveries in Spain, I don't know but worth checking.
I am especially happy because of the ease of the transaction. It took me only few minutes to
find them online, look up what I needed and choose from many beautiful and VERY REASONABLY priced arrangements and I had a choice of either place an order online or call the business and do it in person. I did sort of mix and match.. After looking online at their offerings I decided to what I needed and called and placed an order with Maria but I could do it just as easy on the internet.
I just loved the direct order placement with a live person in this specific situation that required a little customization though.
I was so happy as they have not only many arrangements to choose from but you also can add or modify anything. In our case we added some items from other sections to our floral order, they have wonderful selection of plush toys, sweets and cards to mention just few.
If you are like us in the USA and need to send Flowers to Spain you probably researched all usual places that send flowers Internationally and are US based. You also know how expensive it is because we do not only pay for the actual items and delivery charges but we also pay the middle man who takes our orders here in the USA, those big companies.
I highly recommend contacting the most fabulous Hortensia Arte Floral directly and
ordering directly from them for perfect exceptional service and much better final cost to you.
What is fabulous is that they take all form of payments - VISA, MASTER or AMEX and also Paypal
and so that makes no difference whatsoever to me if I would pay here to some long distance floral company or if I paid them directly with only difference being that I saved A LOT of money that I could put into the order to make it better! and bigger and the ease of transaction was just amazing.
Thank you so much for making it so stress-free and pleasurable transaction and making it perfect
for our friends who are very touched by the local order that came delivered with such a care.
