" I stayed at the hotel for two days during a business trip to Dire Dawa. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the receptionists who have given us great first impression of the Hotel. We have also met the General Manager who was very humble and hospitable. He has surprised us by upgrading our rooms to spacious suites. The staffs were also friendly and cooperative. They made every effort to maintain our comfort at all times. The food at the restaurant was great. I would definitely choose this hotel in my next visit! "

" My wife and me stayed and enjoyed the Ethiopian Christmas week in Samrat Hotel. We enjoyed the hospitality of ALL Personnel, They were POLITE; ATTENT; FRIENDLY; HELPFULL AND HONEST.
