" Owners have had the wisdom to make a real effort in trying to revive the location. Some years ago I would have rated it below one star (if possible) and warned to avoid it completely. It's small and for that reason it still needs something more, in my opinion. The (space) limited selection of shops alone will always fail to draw large audience, but the "square" area could house a lounge-like cafe and that could draw many new pairs of eyes that might then notice the surrounding shops as well. It would also further enhance the atmosphere. For now, it has handful of shops and still (for some inexplainable reason) quite simply a back wall of businesses facing the street, making one side of the central area looking dull. An effort has been made and this location has been lifted from oblivion, but unless you specifically wish to visit one of the shops there, it doesn't really invite you otherwise. "
