" Good for business trips only... Stayed at the new wing for 2 weeks, cockroaches were crawling around my room.. breakfast provided by the hotel is hopeless for someone who stayed there for 2 weeks.. Hot water not working most of the time.. Staff walking into the room without knocking whatsoever.. Staff need to be trained a little bit more on service delivery. "
