" Nice beautiful place to visit with friendly staff and that’s it. The staff was really lazy and we felt like they didn’t want to help us out in any way cause we had notified them about being vegetarians and all they did when we got there was walk around in circles and make us eat salads from the buffet. There was miss communication between the reception at the island and the activities desk, we had to walk back and forth to clarify things which could have been sorted easily. We wanted to sit out in the area where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean but than we were moved from there with the reason being it’s not clean and 5 minutes after than someone else was allowed to take the spot and have their lunch there and yes there was no cleaning done prior to the other taking that spot. We really weren’t satisfied with the service. We only enjoyed the island for what it was and nothing else. I hope this review helps making castaway island better for a future visit. "
