During the Christmas break the Synergy Office will be open on the 30th and 31st from 10am to 3pm (excluding lunch). Normal working hours will resume from the 2nd January 2019.
Outside of these hours phones will be diverted to the on-call tech in case of emergency.

This will bring up a dialogue box with the version on the seconds line. The version will be one of the following: 10.0, 1511, 1607, 1703, 1709, 1803, 1809 or 1903.
