" I'd have given it a much better review if it had been cleaned.
Great location, comfortable functional rooms, secure parking, really helpful friendly staff.
But the room and bathroom were absolutely filthy.
Even the breakfast plates weren't cleaned properly.
If it has been clean, I'd have given it the full 5 * rating.
