An invoice paid directly to the provider on my part, because not having received the medical transport prescription until the next day (no loss for the vsl, everything is settled from my pocket) is finally blocked for reimbursement by the Cpam, because the person providing the service, the VSL itself refuses to fill in the part intended for it on a form provided by the health insurance fund. Which in absolute terms costs him NOTHING. I could drop the sheet off, pick it up later, be a little patient ... But NO, no time!
As a reminder, a dispute began the same day, an invoice was provided to me, but this is not enough to ensure the inclination of the event.
Frankly, for a stamp and a signature on a sheet (CNAMTS 606-12-01) !!! Make me lose 100 €, you have to be really dishonest.
