I went back and waited for him to get off the phone as we were trying to set the alarm button on the key to try and find the car in two of the parking lots. He never got off the phone and blatantly ignored me. So I went back out in search of our rental.
A guy who worked at a hotel near by asked if we were lost. We were slightly panicked by this time as were short for time. This was just a day rental to visit Vimy.
Anyways we showed him the paper work and the car was stored on level 3 in a hotel parkade, lmao! We bursted out laughing as there was no way we would have found it without him!!
Thank you kind sir, forever grateful!

" We booked with eurocar from the uk to drive up and visit vimy ridge. When we arrived in arras the office was closed so we called the reservation office. They confirmed our reservation and told us our car was at the hotel mercure. We went to the hotel and they didn't have a car for us. We called the reservation again and they said it should be there and they can't help us. We called france customer service and they basically told us it was our fault. I filled a complaint online and have been waiting 4 days to get a refund. We called customer service which cost 10p a min by the way and they told us to email then. In the meantime eurocar charged me 50 euros for not picking up our car. The customer service is awful so far. I'd recommend booking with any other company or hire taxis instead. "

" Very poor service. I don't recommend this place especially if you only speak english. We had to ask twice where our rental was parked and the gentlemen behind the desk wasn't clear at all and brushed us aside. Car ended up being parked 3 blocks away in an underground parkade. Someone off the street had to show us. "
