True New York bar feel inside with atmosphere. If you want to enjoy some banter and history with the bar tender head in just after lunch. If you want to feel what a bar is like when completely busy, head in a little later.
Drinks are of the same quality at either time, just don't expect super snappy service when its busy. "

" It's a pretty bar with some good history and delicious cocktails. The Bloody Mary was among the best I've had -- just enough, though, that the bar merits two stars instead of one. You see, the service we received was awful and the drinks were ridiculously expensive -- 30 euros for two cocktails. Despite the price, we would have had another, but our server was so inattentive, we changed our minds before we could order a second round. It was clear from their expressions that other patrons felt the same. If you must have a drink there, order the cheapest on the menu. Then take the rest of your money somewhere else where it will be appreciated and you will be treated accordingly. "
