" The worse hotel I've been too. They do not have employees who speak other languages in French like they say. They ask for your key when you leave after receptionist hours, and the night time clerk is VERY RUDE. Overall the place is VERY creepy. The maid came into our room without knocking. They called us to tell us our door was possibly not shut in the middle of the night, when we checked it, it was locked. I would highly recommend finding another hotel, there are many in this area "

" I booked through a travel website with a positive recommendation of the neighborhood from someone who had been to Paris. I highly recommend this hotel. The rate was affordable, considering it is an expensive town.
There is a Metro station very close.
The view from our 4th floor room included a nice cathedral(St. Jean) and a great view of the Eiffel tower.
The desk staff on the weekend were great and accommodating.
There were plenty of Cafes nearby open for breakfast and some open late with great outdoor seating. The rest of Montmartre is great as well!
My only issue was a minor miscommunication regarding our shuttle to the airport that was more costly than I anticipated. "

" Beware: rooms at the front of the building are subjected to a lot of noise! The bistro right below the first floor windows, smokers galore (so much that the room smells of cigarette smoke...) and a steady stream of foot traffic make for a very un-tranquil experience. The room is warm and windows cannot be opened due to the really loud sidewalk and street scene. "
