" très très déçue. Vélo électrique acheté chez eux qui ne charge plus deux ans plus tard. On me fait payer 100€ le diagnostique de la panne ! et en plus ils ont cassé l'écran lcd . je déconseille ++
ils sont de mauvaise foi et le service après vente est déplorable.Je souhaitais faire fonctionner un petit commerce plutôt qu'une grosse enseigne pour l’achat de mon vélo électrique mais je regrette amèrement d'avoir acheté chez eux. "

" I went there to buy a leg for my bike. After waiting for a long time because the worker was writting bills I show them the bike because some pieces are not compatible with some bikes. However they sold me a material not compatible with my bike. I explained them this point and they say me that i must go to a mechanic car shop for mounting the leg. (A stupid solution when there is not compability and it is a bike not a car and i was in a bike shop). I saw a compatible piece in the shop which also was 5 euros cheaper and i asked for changing. I ask them for a wrench in order to put the piece in my bike because i was doing the loire at velo route. They said me that they would do it for me and after some minutes they gave my bike back. I asked for my 5 euros and they said me that it was the price for mounting the piece. So i answered them to take off the piece and give me back my money because i did not ask for the service. Finally they said me that it was ok and gave me my 5 euros. Probably one of the worst bike shop i have ever been "
